Birthday Books

 

Instead of sending in any type of snack to celebrate your child’s birthday, I am asking that each family send in a new book to celebrate the special day.  Parents are welcome to come and read the book to the class.  The Birthday book reading time will be 9:00.  Please let me know a day or two in advance so that I’m sure nothing else is scheduled.  The Birthday book will then be held in the room until the end of the school year.  At that time, anyone who has sent in a book will be able to choose another person’s book to keep.

 

 

If your child’s birthday is in the summer, you can celebrate his/her half birthday instead.
